I smell a fine coming.

Jordan Love still remains pretty untested so regular season action will show what he's about, but a Cooper Rush he most likely is not. Chiefs have a great opportunity here to break .500 and try to find their way back to being the Chiefs.

That and Josh Allen's risk of re-injuring his shoulder goes up exponentially each game that Bills have no running back to speak of; notably Allen has more rushing yards this season than Zack Moss and is about 70 yards shy of taking over as Bills leading rusher.

It seems incredibly ironic that Aaron Rodgers is notoriously thin-skinned and extremely averse to any sort of criticism, and therefore lied about his vaccination status in order to shield himself from the would be media criticism, yet this all coming out has exposed himself to exponentially more criticism.

If he would've been forthcoming and just said he wasn't vaccinated when he was asked the question directly, he may have dealt with a little flack for a day or two but as soon as the season started and they were winning like they have been, it would've all blown over. Kirk Cousins, Carson Wentz, Lamar Jackson, and a few others have been public about being unvaccinated and people have really not cared about it.

If the NFL doesn't hit Green Bay with an extremely harsh penalty (personally I think Rodgers should be suspended for the remainder of the season, if not an entire year, due to just how egregious his disregard was for the rules) after their penalties against the Raiders and the Broncos last year for, in comparison, very minor violations of the covid protocols, it will be very telling about the bias the NFL shows both for and against certain clubs.

Certainly looks like favoritism. A 15k fine is a joke for Rodgers....I did the math. 22 million for 2021, divided by 8760 hours in the year, comes out to about 2500+ an hour. He sleeps six hours tonight, he'll have grossed 15k.

Considering CeeDee Lamb gets fined far more $$ for untucked jerseys or his socks falling down or waving after scoring a touchdown. These are idiotic rules but you don't hear him crying about imaginary tyranny or comparing his actions to MLK.

Here going forward, the NFL covid protocols are an absolute joke. The Saints and Raiders took heavy fines and lost draft picks for similar violations, yet Rodgers gets off scot free because of his status in the league. Be that as it may, his reputation is irreparably tarnished by this situation -- dude point blank lied on TV about his vaccination status and then got busted. I haven't seen a single Aaron Rodgers State Farm commercial since this story broken.

I'd wager his chance at becoming the long-term host of Jeopardy is also in...well, jeopardy.

All the covert racist Boston sports radio hosts and Patriots fans are in absolute shambles right now -- I love it!

Boston media absolutely crushed this guy because heaven forbid their precious Patriots don't make the post season one year, despite him being given a receiving corps that isn't even fit to be catching passes in the abandoned neighborhood lot. He obviously isn't 2015 MVP Cam, but he still has something left in the tank and should, at the very least, be a back-up in the league somewhere if not a starter (I can't say there are 32 other Quarterbacks better than Cam Newton right now).

Browns have really fell off last night. Mayfield just couldn't connect....overthrowing, underthrowing, rinse repeat. Got to the point Ravens' defense were lined up just to force the throw. Patrick Queen pretty much owned the Browns' offensive line. Queen is one helluva linebacker.

Titans are not the same without Henry. That's a big loss. But can't take anything away from the Patriots as Mac Jones is showing no signs of choke, and patriots are playing every down to win...patriots emerged out of those two tough losses against the Bucs and Cowboys as legit contenders for the championship.

Bills showed up Thanksgiving night. There's the Bills of Week 1 that throw games away, have virtually no running game and play well below capacity, and then there's the Bills of Week 2 which just destroys anything in its way. They need to channel the Bills of Week 2 for the rest of the season or they're dead in the water.

It's gonna be a Georgia-Alabama title game, isn't it...damn. I'm doubtful of Cincinnati beating Alabama, so my hopes are pinned on Michigan taking down Georgia.

Rest In Peace, Demaryius Thomas. He and Emmanuel Sanders were fun to watch in Denver, and by all accounts, he seemed to be a great guy off the field. Gone way too young.

brady escaped that one by the skin of his teeth...

no run game (outside Josh Allen) and major weak spots in the offensive line only keeps putting Allen on the chopping block

Brady's career is defined by managing to eek out a win by the skin of his teeth -- the Bills have shown themselves to be complete frauds, though.

Might be time to reassess this narrative about Mahomes and the Chiefs being "broken" after they just completely dismantled the Raiders.

Belichick and Brady continuing to dismantle the Bills' aspirations:

A little bit of NBA opinion:

The Lakers have looked a little better right now than they did to start the season, but I'm relieved the West is still competitive. The Lakers' retirement home model is not sustainable and will collapse in the playoffs unless LeBron offers the sports gods some tequila and Bronny's molars.

Possible hot take: Right now, the East seems a little more competitive than the West for the first time in a long time. My hypothetical money is still on the Nets, but we'll see. It's equal parts playoff teams from last year struggling to stay afloat and some dark horse teams doing very well (thinking the Cavaliers, Wizards, and Bulls, mainly).

It does look like Chiefs are startin' to shake off that worst beating in Superbowl history the Bucs defense dished out on Mahomes last Superbowl.

I think they are the obvious favorites to win the AFC, but Patriots are still dangerous. Titans not so much after they lost Henry and Lamar looks to be havin' issues. Browns need a solid QB, Bills have no run game, and Raiders' Carr throws for a ton of yards but not enuff touchdowns.

NFC is a close call...Green Bay, Bucs, Cowboys, Rams, Cardinals can beat each other on any given day. Rams and cowboys rlly spiced things up this season.

What a great run by Jonathan Taylor to wipe out the Patriots’ comeback.

Taylor did to them what Henry did to the Bills weeks back….Pats without their usual running game in Damien Harris showed.

This works out good for the Bills if only now lady luck can just threw ‘em a bone in these closing weeks....they are overdue this season when it comes to catching the breaks.
