I have some experience with this fascia release tool that I want to share, but I first want to hear from y'all.

Have you used this product or something similar?

What areas of your body do you massage?

What do you think of it?

I use a set of balls - one is spiky, one is larger and very firm and one looks like a peanut with two balls attached. These work better than a deep tissue roller because you can use them almost anywhere. I like them for my shoulder blades/back, thigh and feet. The peanut one works really well for my upper back when it's tight.
