Terminator is the friendly T-800 version seen in II. He gets his futuristic space rifle seen in the "flashback" future war scenes from T1 and T2. Terminator can do any feats seen in Terminator 1 and 2.
Predator is the version seen in the first film and has all of the same toys from that movie, except for his self-destruct device. Predator can do any feats seen in Predator 1 and 2.
The setting is the urban jungle from Predator 2. Neither has help from anyone else, so no Sarah Connor or Dutch (though it would be cool to see Arnold teaming up with himself) showing up to take sides here.
