We are doing our egg hunt tomorrow after school because it's supposed to be clear and warmer, so the eggs are all pretty, but off-limits. This afternoon my youngest son said "I'd like to edit my egg."

Thankfully he understood when I explained to him that we didn't have any dye left. A few years back he was after me for days because I unreasonably refused to trade in the family mini-van for a hovercraft.

It was hilarious and horrible at the same time. He got locked into the idea like autistics sometimes do and just wouldn't let it go. He was so mad at me and giving me such a hard time that if it was something I could actually do I would have been tempted to do it just to get him to stop.

So I'm trying to explain it and I'm trying not to laugh and he's convinced I'm being totally unreasonable. :17425:
