I used more X's than I expected! I wonder if you are taking instincts into account (which I find a far more important distinction than tritype). For instance, SP 1's often type as a 6's if instincts aren't factored in. Just a thought. Interesting work, thanks for sharing!

I'm interested in more work being done to validate the instinctuals as a real and objective form of typology. But they don't form any part of this particular test. As for your score, you came out as a 7w8. Your tritype is 784. Your second highest type with wing is 8w7. Maybe you can use instinctuals to find out why 7 was your highest score.

I'm trying to use this test to overcome a problem with enneagram tests in general, but so far it's not working out. 8 is still being over-represented, while 2 is being under-represented. This test needs more work.
