I watched a coworker get annoyed when he had to cut his lunch break short to help another coworker. He angrily threw his lunch into the trash in a big display.

What is the deal with people punishing themselves to make a point to others? Which enneatypes do you think are likely to react this way when frustrated or angry at others? MBTI, socionics insights also welcome.

Immature & passive aggressive does that. I don't think it's got anything to do with Enneagram or MBTI personally.
