is it? because I'm usually very very very nauseas in the morning, and i usually puke and after i throw up I'm fine. if i put anything in my stomach before puking i'll just puke that back up. It's not meds, because i'll throw up before I take them.it doesn't make a lot of sense to me, because you'd think I'd be nauseas all day and not just when i first wake up

Well, this time, I had to wake up at 4 am because of army training. I don't puke or anything, but I'll have sudden urges to use the bathroom and it'll feel generally queasy and unwell. It goes away by lunch, or if I do use the latrine, but why it gets so upset over my sleep schedule I never know.

Do you eat late at night? I would suggest maybe cutting out food intake hours before sleeping--maybe at like 5-6pm if you go to bed at 10-11.

I don't think these meds cause that this fast. but i could be wrong. but it's happened on different cocktails

Getting an annual routine physical asap would be a really good idea. They can do bloodwork & check levels of various stuff.

It's possible you might be experiencing hypoglycemia, or maybe even some kind of gastrointestinal issue. They can rule out different factors through bloodwork, & refer you to a specialist if need be. Sometimes medications can cumulatively disrupt various internal systems- so it doesn't always matter when you took the meds. Could also be some kind of internal damage or something from previous medications, or from previous drinking activities.. sometimes the damage from that stuff becomes more pronounced once you're not drinking, etc anymore.

You shouldn't have to wake up every day feeling like shit/vomiting. Plus you're gonna wreck your teeth, vomiting so often.

Definitely worth looking into. Yearly physical exam with a primary care physician is the best way to get a lot of stuff ruled out at once.
