Charisma inspires devotion and loyalty so a charismatic person naturally would use behavior like body language, voice and tone and confidence to achieve a person or persons devotion and loyalty.

that charisma is how nice you are,how much attension you pay to the person you speaking with eg if you are in front of them youa re the most important person to them at that moment,how selfless you can be,charisma is being completly in the moment,being immune to critism and flattery,and radiating warmths
