What do you think it was? Personally, I can see him as an ENFJ. He had a lot of skill at influencing social situations and convincing people to trust him.

Hmm. I agree that Voldemort can be charming if he wants to (we see this especially when he was Tom Riddle and the way he manipulates people) so I think it's possible that he has a very warped Fe. However to assume it's his dominant function seems a little extreme. I'd be more inclined to say he's an INFJ with dominant Ni, possible in a Ni-Ti loop?
