I don't know if I would claim to have strong feelings, but I do enjoy eggplant in all its forms: parmagiana, grilled, stuffed, stir-fried, simmered with other veggies, tomatoes, and sausage, etc.

I'm grateful for the fact I've had the support I've had and the fact I am not living in the worst conditions of history. I'm grateful for those who encouraged me and grateful for those who challenged me.

Overall, I'm extremely lucky and I am working towards paying back that due and giving back out what I have been given.
