If you're looking for entertainment, do not watch this dud starring Michael J Fox. There is no plot to speak of. Somebody just made a movie in which Michael J Fox happens to be a werewolf. And there's some kind of message about "being yourself" and not being a "wolf"... which doesn't make sense. IF you happen to be a werewolf, shouldn't being yourself mean being a werewolf? He's not even transformed into a wolf (and the makeup here just looks like someone with Vulcan ears and hirsutism) for the past half hour. And how did being a werewolf make him good at basketball? And in what high school are all the cool kids doing theater (not even the only movie I've seen with that, either). It does have Pee Wee Herman's nemesis in it, though.
I wanted a good bad movie, but this movie was just bad. They didn't do enough with the concept for it to be entertaining on the trainwreck level of, say, a Uwe Boll movie. I'd rather watch Dolph Lundgreden in "In the Name of the King 2", or "I guess Uwe Boll has seen Game of Thrones now, too."
So I know there's a lot of buzz and hype about this movie right now, but I recommend you avoid the Teen Wolf bandwagon and watch something else, instead.
