I always thought you were a douchebag and worse. You always had that vibe. And yeah, I know you'll report this. Don't care.
Occasionally I have thoughts that I use in other arguments that require me writing them down to fully form. I needed to do this back in the day to figure out my real stances by defending them against the leftist hordes of the internet. Doing so helped me figure my shit out. I've got other shit I do to do that now and so don't need to come here much. You do the exact same shit of passive agressively going after people. That is 95 percent of your posts
Fair enough. I was wrong about that, I suppose. The timing I guess was just unfortunate.Thats just a random thought I had while forming an argument for something else. It was novel enough that I thought I could post it.

95% of my posts are finding some interesting news item that I enjoy expounding on and most of the forum will find excruciating.
Wondering if someone will have a go with me. Sometimes someone does like Virtual who operates in good faith.
And I'll be happy to go back and forth about it all until I get bored.
The problem with doing this is, is that its maybe a lazy way of getting what I really want which intellectual stimulation from someone who can give it back with enough talent that it makes the whole thing interesting.
If you want bright eyed and bushy tailed Disco you can troll through my created threads from back in the day, plenty of hopeful in there. This is perfectly fine but sometimes you simply sound too rude for someone who wants honest debate. Plus sometimes you are just too pessimistic. But I don't hold this too much against you since the current era is anything but easy.
This forum has a way of making people bitter. My rudeness here is largely a product of my treatment. Ive been burned being open and kind here. Burned enough times that the skin hardens and lends one a rather rude demeanor.

Given that this rudeness isn't in response to anything you did, it isnt warranted when interacting with you. But given there are many who it is directed at reading whenever I post here, it just kinda becomes my default setting.
But none of that matters now, as this place is a ghost town and mostly a half remembered dream from my past ill think about every so often.
Why does it have to be an either or scenario? Why Russia, China, Europe and US cannot exist in the same territory? Can't they sign some kind of gentlemen's agreement of something? This can be both excellent or horrible. It all depends on how high are the morals in all this. But in theory both US and allies as well as Africa can profit out of this. Currently Africa is a complete mess and it could really use the boosting of institutions and legal stability. While leaving these countries to Russia and China also isn't that much of a beneficiary to them. They will be colonies or half colonies either way so this way with the west they at least have the chance to eventually create the foundation for functioning democracy and basic stability. So I hope that the US understands that the key to keep China and Russia out is to actually do something for African countries. So that the relationship isn't totally one sided. Plus EU is also going into the Africa with it's global gateway program that it has budget in hundreds of billions. Which is evidently aimed at countering Russia and China and creating stability or basic fairness. So this will evidently be a cold war of US+EU vs Russia and China all over Africa. Both sides have many nations that lean towards either side and therefore this will basically be one big game of Monopoly, but with cultural, security and legal components in it.

It's a shame we cant all be so lucky with the monsters we created...
It really does feel like some sort of horrific surreal pageantry doesnt it?And this is why I find US politics kinda stupid. Everyone talks about monsters, about radical right and how they are growing in numbers around the countryside ... etc. While at the same time to just about no one occurs that perhaps they should ban the practice that employees have to piss in the bottles to save time on the job. That small farmers could really use some help with droughts or local infrastructure. That having a drinkable water would be a nice change. A little bit higher minimum wage wouldn't hurt either. Getting all those drugs off the street would also be nice. It is always as if the radicalization is happening just like that and we just have to talk more about it to warn people.
