I’m sick of well-off people crying poor and complaining about how they’re worse off under Biden.

Like one dude I know collects expensive guns. Don’t bitch about inflation if you have fun gun money. Another person whining about groceries but just bought a brand new SUV.

What a bunch of entitled babies. God forbid you have to take one less cruise trip or buy one less gun or whatever. Oh you can’t afford to go to that yuppie music festival? I’m sick of these types of people because I’ve actually struggled a good chunk of my adult life. I know the anxiety of skipping meals so my kid can be well fed, I know the anxiety of risking burnout so I can work an ass load of overtime to make rent and utilities. Entitled ass boomers, man
These people are fucking sheep. In the last couple weeks I have seen;

Upside down American flag
Brand new Biden is Not My President flags
Whatever the fuck this is;

I saw ^^ this one on an obnoxious 22ft wake surf boat. Needless to say not a single one of them have an original thought or idea but every thought they have is so poisoned and polluted they have to be told what to do 24/7. And since Trump is an angry boomer with tertiary syphilis, they act accordingly.

It's really sad how "white nationalist" has become this normalized thing. It wasn't always that way.

“I saw the documentary ‘Nothing Compares 2 U’ based on Sinead O’Connor’s life. First she was horribly abused by her mother. Secondly Sinead endured abuse by a Catholic school for girls and women.

Third she lived in a very repressive, and conservative society that impeded woman’s rights in Ireland.

Sinead said, “Let only women of child bearing years be the ones to decide about if a woman can have an abortion.” Sinead O’Connor

The film also showed the Catholic Church covering up a known pedophile. The people who put her down acted shamefully like a Roman mob looking for blood.

So she endured being ostracized and vilified by people in sheer ignorance about the backdrop of Sinead’s life time struggle. Sinead is a hero, strong, and authentic to the core of her being. Look I know the abortion issue is a huge divisive issue.

I must confess I don’t know how grotesque the abortion can be. That doesn’t matter to me. It’s basically mostly from the theists who claim an abortion is murder. Those wanting an abortion generally wouldn’t be loving to the child.

Children who grow up in dysfunctional households endure a lifetime of issues. This is the fact. A full 2/3 of Children who grow up in a dysfunctional home life statistically then for the rest of their lives are plagued with adverse problems.

1. Mental Health.
2. Substance Abuse.
3. Criminality.
4. Jobs.
5. Relationships.

So those who are advocating that a woman has to have the baby are the people most likely not willing to shell out money in programs to address these issues. The child is in the womb, and isn’t cognizant nor self aware.

I personally find it more barbaric that we kill sentient, and aware animals who have emotions to feed ourselves. I believe an animal who is alive and being bred to eat endure much more trauma.” LightSun

Rhinoceros Ivory, all manner of Sea Life killed in fishing nets all to keep us 8 billion peoples guts full. You know it’s a different topic but I Know animals have emotions and feelings.

In addition Intelligence. For those who are Pro-Life, I find the slaughter of animals far more offensive.” LightSun

Biden support slips in deep blue New York: ‘We’re a battleground state now’

The Joe will win the state but almost surely this will be be much much more narrow race than in previous years. Since the Dems are seeing an erosion of the vote that is going on for some time now. In other words large narrowing of the state that is this large is quite likely to determine control of the house. What is probably what Republicans are actually aiming for in the first place.

New York 2024 Presidential Election Polls

This looks like a victory but is far from convincing 23 point victory in 2020.
However if this starts to get even more narrow under all campaigning ... the dems will be over their heads in problems.

Yet they all brag about how they are free thinkers and superior logicians. The lack of self awareness and mass projection is astonishing

The left has a major morale problem and their media focus is making it worse not better. If the game is football. Stop trying to play lacrosse. Stop bitching about pop pop's age and keep up the focus on the project 2025 coverage. Stop planning for defeat and start playing to win. God damn.

I believe in prepare for the worst and hope for the best. I think it's better for my mental health. It worked out in my job search, ultimately.

I can't believe that victory is at hand just because the situation requires it, and I can't fake it, either. I don't trust the Democratic Party not to screw it up; I think they already did.

I'm watching this press conference.

See, the thing is I do actually like Joe. But I think he does come off as tired, and which will come off worse when contrasted with Trump. Trump is full of lies and vinegar and bile, but he comes off as awake. American elections aren't acutally a complex thing. It's the simple things that matter, often something dumb and irrelevant. Nobody actually responds to fact checking, and that takes too long anyway, as @Siúil a Rúin pointed out.

I don't think Biden ever answered the question of the woman from NPR regarding why he didn't turn it over to someone younger (which I think he should have at this point).

I just watched on youtube. Not as bad as the debate, but more evidence Biden is not very sharp. He generally didn't answer the specific question but rambled on with campaign style talking points. Not unusual for politicians, but Biden is really hard to follow, he just kind of strings things together but can't seem to make a coherent point about anything. You can often watch as he loses his train of thought, his face kind of goes blank, then he trails off with 'anyways...' and goes to the next question.

Some serious flubs too. When he refers to Vice President Trump (he was trying to refer to Harris) it was a real 'yikes' moment. He lied about taking cognitive tests and laying it all out there for the record. He most certainly has not laid out any cognitive test results that I have ever seen. I've seen some details relating to his physical exams, but nada about cognitive testing.

He ended on a real sour note too. Somebody mentioned Trump had already posted about his earlier 'VP Trump' flub to mock his age and how he would respond to that, Biden answers: "Listen to him" and walks off the stage. WTF? I can even fathom what Biden might have been trying to say here.

Edit: I subsequently saw a media commentator explain 'listen to him' meant 'listen to Trump' who makes gaffs also. So that answer is not all that bad if one can interpret it. Still disheartening in the sense both age 80ish candidates are losing it, but that's old news.
