Had a great day today... and yesterday...
Yesterday my boss and I saw each other for the first time in over 10 weeks. She asked me if I had decided to stay or leave. When I told her I was going to stay, she told me she is going to arrange for me to get a raise!! ...and some vacation pay this summer!!
She's been really thrilled with the job I've been doing. Today her husband told me he is "tickled" that I've decided to stay. She's very complimentary... telling me how wonderful and terrific I am all the time.
Today, I felt really great as I finished up because I had a very productive day of getting a lot accomplished... including getting a couple dozen emails responded to and out of my inbox! Always nice to clear out the inbox!
And now my friend Carole has invited me to sing with her again tonight... and you know what... I think I shall throw caution to the wind and just GO!!
