We can have robot armies patrolling the violent regions of the world. That would end most human conflict. Starvation is mostly a problem of bad economics and politics, but huge greenhouses growing hydroponic crops would help. Water pollution could be addressed by desalination through graphene membranes; air pollution could be eliminated using giant vacuums mounted on airships. With enough cheap energy, pollution becomes irrelevant.

Morality is a subjective thing which changes as people and cultures evolve. Science is (or should be ideally) truth (and the search for truth) and unchanging--our knowledge of the world and science might change and evolve through the ages, but scientific truth will remain unbending and solid, be it known and in plain view or hidden beneath the surface of what we perceive as truth and fact.

Starvation (and the others) are not moral issues.
They are just issues; and the morality manifests in humanity's response to them.
Our morality tells us how we think we should view them and whether they need to be fixed.

As such, science (the understanding of our world and ability to manipulate it) is a tool that can be used to fix those problems. But science does not determine whether or not we initially view them as a problem to be corrected.

Science can also provide the tools to make moral issues worse.

Starvation can be caused by factors like weather, crop failure, etc., or by the deliberate actions of humans. Either way, fixing it requires human motivation, but the remedies will be different.

Speaking statistically thus far it has not, in fact it has amplified in the opposite direction, but do you think that eventually we will reach a threshold where the trend will reverse such as the minimum point on an S curve?

Not unless someone finds an end to human greed and power seeking. Science is just a tool, no more than a screwdriver. Is a screwdriver going to solve moral issues? None of those problems you listed exist because we lack technology.
