How come it seems like when you get used to things, everything changes? You're left with
clique starters, you're down to just a few frien-
ds that you think won't bail on you, and situat-
tions in your life make you feel like you have
no choice but to take chances and go after go-
als that you'd been putting off until an easier
time. Then, you realize that things about you
have changed. Sometimes all you can do is
hold onto the things you've worked for and day
dream about them so you don't loose sight of
them when you're whisked away in a breeze of
uncertainty. Sometimes, it is exhillerating to
go for goals when things don't seem so certain,
because if they work, it'll give you more of a f-
eeling of being grounded. And you just have
to hope a few people who are going in different
directions don't go in the opposite one.
