I've been thinking about this for a while, tried it a few times, what're everyone's views, even those who hate the whole self-improvement scene (I value those opinions and have read a couple of books, wellness syndrome, stand firm etc. which are highly critical) how much time do you dedicate to physical training? Mental training? Skills? How and why do you weight it in particular ways? Is it possible to next level it beyond a hobby or life improving pass time?
