The argument between James Woods and the little girl always cracks me up.

I always feel like I could fill an industrial size vat of sleaze if I wrung out James Woods.

He's got the soulless blank stare of a shark... but not one of those cool respectable sharks like a hammerhead or a tiger or a great white, no, it's like one of those little scrawny goblin sharks that will wait until your back is turned and then chew up your ass.

He is the master of the fast-talking (Lester Diamond in Casino), morally bankrupt opportunist (The physician from Any Given Sunday) villain character -- He's also like Jon Voight levels of far-right fanatic as well. Those are two actors who I respect their acting abilities without liking them as people.

Yeah, same. They're both... talented... I can't deny that. Offset, they're kind of repulsive. But I have to credit them for their mad skillz.

I think Woods was a little too on the nose in "Contact" but then again I have to blame Zemeckis for that, he should have directed him better.

The weird sex ritual near the end of Midsommar. The theater just started bursting out laughing when my friends and I saw it. We had no idea how to react otherwise.

I felt this was a very on the nose role for James Woods, considering his predatory behavior and enormous entitlement complex. But I agree about Jon Voight and I liked him in Ray Donovan -easily the second most horny series on cable (first is Billions). Totally batshit insane right winger but great actor.

He was about as perfectly cast for his role in Casino as one could be, despite his character not being a very big part of the overall plot.

I need to check this series out.
