I've had numerous type me threads over the years, but I'm interested in this sort of approach. Let's assume for a minute that the functions do NOT exist. What are your guys' thoughts?

Will update in a few days with narcissistic details about myself.

I think think from what I know of you I, S, T, and J would still be your preferences. Maybe J would be the weakest preference because you're not "organized" or "orderly" like stereotypical Js so ISTP would be an alternative, but you seem to like having things decided more than open-ended.

anyway, I'd say that you're analytical (so the stereotypical idea of T)
detail oriented, like in terms of how you process information (so the stereotypical idea of S)
And you think before you act (so ...stereotypical idea of J).

...the E/I I would not really know unless I go to extremes and say that no one ever talks to you ever and you don't talk to anyone else (what was my stereotypical ideation of E/I ...and yeah, I know ideation is not a word).

You've mentioned being a definite Sensor before, and an introvert. I see it. ISxx for sure. As for the other two letters...well, I don't know. I don't know if I see ISTJ. You seem like you have a sensitive, soft, feelery side that outweights the T. P and J is hard to tell. You mention being disorganized and extremely low on conscientiousness, which would point to classic P.

ISFP?

Anyway, since we're on the topic, I thought it'd be neat to try to give an "observer's look" at my personality/behavior to try to keep it more objective. When people describe themselves, it's clouded with subjectivity and may not accurately represent themselves.

Low energy, somewhat quiet and reserved.
Negative, cynical, sarcastic, complainer.
Low confidence.
Often comes up with short one liners to try to make people laugh.
Somewhat neurotic, perfectionistic, easily stressed.
Disorganized/messy and forgetful.
Extremely indecisive.
Interested in the sciences.
Does not display much affection towards others.
Does not seem overly interested in fashion--wears the same few sweatshirts all the time and does not wear makeup.
Gets irritated when the group stays off track.

Where did you grab these from? I didn't really want this to end up a test thread because they aren't necessarily seeing the whole picture.

I'm not going to go with a gut reaction to the statements like I normally would when taking these things. I am also going to write a sentence or two relating to my thoughts on the questions/answers.

Edit: Actually, was that a temperament test? Assuming, A = SP, B = SJ, C = NF, and D = NT, I got SJ > NT >> NF > SP, indicating STJ.

Yes, I came up with the questions :). How do you get STJ?

I glanced through a few of the questions and it looked like some of them were temperament questions with A = SP, B = SJ, C = NF, and D = NT. But now I'm looking at it a bit more closely and not really seeing this pattern for all of the questions. It was a guess really...but with a closer look my original guess doesn't really seem correct.

It is correct. Which ones do you think don't work?

I guess they mostly fit. I'm just seeing answers that don't necessarily strike me as being completely of said temperament.

Some things I am thinking:

What's with all the questions anyway? You are starting to confuse me lol.
