Se provides information from the outer world bases on five senses; Ne offers a better feeback because the information it provides is more accurate, using six senses. That is all I know.
I don't think I've come across this kind of explanation before. I suggest that you do some research on the cognitive functions and come up with some observable differences between Ne and Se. Then you can determine which side of the dividing line you are on.
