Just coming here to say that only INFJs are properly rare.
ENFJs, ENTJs and INTJs are "somewhat rare".
ENFPs and ISTPs are common, specially the latter (3rd most common type).

Of course, there are country variations... And there are MBTI combos that are rare, like ENTP 4 for example.
