Sure I'm sure you've heard of the Tao of Pooh, the Te of Piglet, and the Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance, maybe even the Tao of Meow (one of my personal faves) ...but I've found the Zen of "Moving in Stereo".
Note the music is complex enough to be stimulating and moving, but repetitive enough to be meditative. It isn't quite No Wave, it's far more melodic, the Cars were New Wave, but it has that kind of trance-like post-punk sound that was so popular; it kind of makes me think of the Bauhaus or Gary Numan or Joy Division.
Then read the lyrics. Just read them. It's like reading Eastern philosophy.

Part 2 will explain my personal interpretation and reasoning for why this was so relevant to my life right now.

it's so easy to blow up your problems
it's so easy to play up your breakdown
it's so easy to fly through a window
it's so easy to fool with the sound
it's so tough to get up
it's so tough
it's so tough to live up
it's so tough on you
life's the same i'm moving in stereo
life's the same except for my shoes
life's the same you're shaking like tremolo
life's the same it's all inside you
