Hello forum,
Due to curiosity, I am to skip introducing myself and so on, for the question at hand has been boggling me for some time. I am mostly typed as an INFJ or INTJ for some while, I have took more than one test, but, even if I love introversion, I seem to like extraversion too, or actions require extraversion per se, such as playing chess in a cafe or being engaged in a fascinating conversation. I may prefer activities like this from time to time against staying at home or alone. I will be using the questionnares created by Chaotic Harmony and Mayflower. 2 people typed me as INTJ, but I fairly think I use my Fe well.
Chaotic Harmony's Questionnare:
1. Which would come out on top in a battle... Zombies, Vampires, or Werewolves? And why?
Vampires. Despite their occasionally-presented numbers, zombies are not really strategic creatures. Werewolves are not very strategic too, but I like the idea of a conscious werewolf. They'd tear the zombies to pieces in a full moon, and after the full moon, their warm blood would be a feast for the top of the food chain; the Vampires. (Huge Vampire The Masquerade: Bloodlines Fan, sorry puppies)
2. What is your idea of the perfect day?
Sun. Smoking or sharing a joint while reading a mind blowing book after an enthralling chess game with a significant other, or alone. If not alone, a session of sex would follow. If with a significant other, everyone would read their own books probably.
3. What really is the correct way to pronounce potato and tomato?
D'uh, really?
4. If you could live anywhere, where would you live (doesn't have to be a real place)?
Iceland, probably. Beautiful landmarks and landscapes, probably wonderful people.
5. What changes would you make if you were president/king/emperor/ruler of the world?
I'd create a technocratic/meritocratic government where we would try to end all the unnecessary crisis in the earth and I'd let all the great minds cultivate themselves, whether by reading, by meditating, by creating or destroying... I'd support rapid advances of psychology and robotics, in fact, I have a vision of future in where robotics and psychology walk hand in hand.
6. Using only words that start with the letter S, describe yourself.
Sardonic. Smart. Sly.
7. If you could be a member of the opposite sex for one day...what would you do?
Learn and practice Tantric Masturbation all day. I'd either achieve Nirvana or send Casanova to preschool the day after.
8. What is your biggest pet peeve?
Constantly smiling people who makes you sense that they are hiding some terrible personality. I do not trust laughter too much.
9. If you could have any animal for a pet, what would it be?
A snake.
10. Are you a night owl or an early bird?
Night owl.
Mayflower's Questionnare:
1. During your youth (7'ish to 18), What did you focus on the most? What activities did you like and why? What aspect of life was lax in attention?
Reading. Reading. More reading, but, until my 12's, I was the pack leader. Now, I mostly prefer observing, but still I have it in me. I gave some orations, where people were usually charmed at me. I loved reading a lot, and solitude was nice too, but I was an outgoing, charming child. Afterwards, my personality shifted a bit. I loved reading because people were tiring sometimes and I disliked my family mostly. Father was kind of an asshole.
2. You're in you senior year of high school (or whatever equivalent) and you are looking back over the last couple of years. What was your favorite aspect of the schooling experience and why? Favorite subject and why?
Sleeping. Most of my classmates were idiots or worse. English class was cool, I was a languages student. I did not really prepare to the university much because I already knew I could do it. People did not, well... they were wrong.
3. A couple of friends call and invite you out to a restaurant. While there, you all are pleasantly conversing and one of your friends makes a comment that irked you. What are you're thoughts and how do you respond?
Depends. If the comment was directed against me, I focus on the emotional or logical weaknesses that the commentator possesses and hit him hard, while also damaging the credibility of him or her in the group, so the others would think that he was making that comment out of spite or something else. He or she would lose trust. Then I'd soften the atmosphere as much as I can so the conversation would go on but the ghost of distrust directed towards him or her would stay at the table. If it just was a stupid comment, that also depends too. I can play dead in the face of stupidity from time to time, if I am fairly happy.
4. Your schooling is done and it's time to strike out into the world!! What sort of career do you want to go into and why?
Psychology. I have a lot of experiments to run and I love self-discovery, especially through psychoanalysis. I am very curious about how the mind works and when I figure out what bothers someone or come up with a solution for it, or rather, when I see behind the veil, I am the happiest person in the world.
5. A friend is getting married and they put you in charge of the cake. You narrowed it down to two places to make an order. The first is a bakery with whom you got a good relationship with. The other is a well-known cake maker to whom everyone goes to (your friend hints to it as well). Which one do you choose and why?
The well-known cake maker. The first one would be an unwise decision in my opinion, if the cake sucked, then my decision mechanism would be questioned since this is such an important event. However, if the cake prepared by the well-known cake maker sucked (Which is a small chance), everybody would think that he messed up this time, for success brings envy and most humans are unconsciously envious, they'd lash at him just to criticize his 'bad' work.
6. You get into an argument with a friend/family member/co-worker. They criticize one of your personality traits. What would most likely be the focus of their critique?
That I did not listen to anybody's advices probably, which I rarely do, I actually do listen to advices, when they are coming from a reliable source or they are reliable in themselves, or better, both.
7. It's New Years! You and your friends are out and about after a party. Being drunk, one of your friends suggests to do something....'questionable' (Nothing serious. I.e, drugs, escort, etc.). What are your thoughts and how do you respond?
That depends on what that thing would be and would I have any fun out of it. But... This is a tough question. I really do not know.
8. A new art gallery opens up and your friend wants to go to the grand opening. Both of you analyze all the paintings and sculptures. What about these works warrants the most attention from you? Why?
Most possibly the ones that express the unconscious mind of the artist, or paintings which would have archetypal or aesthetic significance or all of these three at the same time.
10. Yep, you now have a kid (sex of your choosing)! Years pass and they are now 15 years old. You notice their personality traits are the complete opposite of how you were when at their age. Describe how they are. Describe the possible conflicts that would arise between both of you due to differing temperaments.
Oh shit. Illiterate, lacking tact and presenting themselves as horrendous. Extremely social (not extraverted, social). Annoying, frustrating and bitchy. Spoiled, fussing and always wanting to share something. Lacks a good eye for people or situations, lacking in vision. I do not know really, since I intend to become a therapist until then, we'd possibly start to have some sessions.
