I was hoping this thread was about feral humans or wolf-children. There are traits that we associate with human-kind: walking upright, sentience, imagination, opposable thumbs, but I don't think that's what everyone else is talking about. If by "inhuman", you mean evil or scumbaggy behavior, then that would be a subjective determination. For me, I would classify as "inhuman" - irrational behavior that restricts the rights of others.
