These descriptions match me well. I'm an HSP and I think the crystal description exhibits that well. Magenta is one of my favorite colors too and I would consider myself an eccentric, artistic loner. But a few years ago I tested my own aura and found I was a mix of green/purple. I'm going to try it again one of these days and see if it has changed since then.

I think when you look at the secondary in terms of supporting the primary it makes a lot of sense. I'd never call myself an artistic loner, but I definitely have a history of coming off to others as eccentric and weird (and not in the haha funny weird but wtf is he saying weird), especially as I'm becoming less inhibited in my 20s. So I could see how that in combination with Yellow as my primary could make for someone who is energetic and free-spirited with "abnormal" interests and communication styles.

Red overlay: yes

The red overlay in one's aura is by far the most common type of overlay I've noticed. It is caused by the following:

1. Feeling unsafe in utero due to poor health in the mother and/or being born prematurely with poor health circumstances.

2. Emotional or sexual abuse in childhood or adulthood.

3. Drug or alcohol abuse/dependency in childhood or adulthood; and

4. Physical or mental conditions, either chronic or acute, that threaten one's life.

The red overlay is initially set into place as a defense mechanism of sorts. However, it is important to work through the emotional (perceived) blocks that caused the overlay to form in the first place, otherwise it will begin to feel like a prison of sorts that causes the following issues in one's adult life:

1. Mental/physical illness/suicide;

2. Drug/alcohol abuse and addictions;

3. Feeling of despair, hopelessness, boredom, futility and stagnation; and

4. Resistance in general to all possible solutions to getting out of the emotional states listed above.

For anybody who's interested in this from the perspective of someone who does aura reading:

When I perceive people's auras, usually the color this test is calling a "secondary" color is essentially their day to day persona. It's who they are all things equal. The primary color is more what you'd get from the person after being around them for a while. It's who they know themselves to be--their more authentic and also more aspirational self as opposed to the secondary color which tends to be more conscious and "learned".

Also, the colors are not static. While there's a dominant color there's all kinds of other stuff going on with people, as well. You'll see swirls of different colors depending on how they're feeling, their health, who they've been around. Perception of those is a bit more subjective from clairvoyant to clairvoyant. For me, mild or recovering illness will come up as a kind of pus yellow color. More serious illness will be black around the affected area. Black can also show up when there's issues of addiction or abuse. Red overlay is usually trauma. The distinction I tend to see between black aura color and red overlay is that black usually signifies something ongoing, whereas red is something that's more from the person's past. A red overlay looks like a streak of bacteria over the aura usually on the chest or crown/third eye if it's emotional or physical abuse trauma or around the groin if it's residual sexual trauma.

There are nice things that can show up in energy, too. You can usually tell if a person is on the verge of a major life change because it will show up as white energy which is like...new undifferentiated energy. Violet or indigo are also nice to see because it means that the person is engaged in active spiritual seeking or otherwise consciously doing work to improve themselves. Gold will show up if they have someone looking out for them. It's also in auras of people who have a pretty advanced spiritual practice. I usually see gold as "orbs" on the edges of the aura, or haloing their head and shoulders.

I've read the descriptions, makes sense. In the past someone has told me that my 'aura' tended to be blue/light-blue. I've found this website to be pretty informative about aura colours → All Auras and Chakras (in case anyone is interested).

I got violet and lavender, interesting descriptions
however, my nephew can see auras (possibly due to his autism and dyslexia, or simply because he's young) and fun fact: they change with your mood! he says when I'm happy my aura's green, and when i'm bored it's orange. (he doesn't like talking about it much, which is such a shame because he must live in such a colourful world!)
