ISFJ talks about some of the things she is challenged with.
- Asserting their needs to others, which results in them being over-worked and sometimes being taken advantage of
- Have difficulty taking on roles of authority
- Analyze themselves and how they can be better - beat themselves up and focusing on qualities they are not good at
- Don't like change more than any other type - not as creative in making changes in how to do something better in daily routines
- Some select friends or mates based on being needed. Then when they are not needed as much, the relationship changes.

Surround yourself with people who are positive and uplifting to overcome negativity when they are under stress or being self critical.

Now this, I can relate to. Except for choosing friends based on the need of being needed -- that sounds like an e2 thing, not an ISFJ thing.
