I am really annoyed how people who don't know anything about biology dare to claim their bs.
Yes women are strong but their power don't come from raw muscles but from their hearth and motherhood.

Second MOST IS NOT ALL. Don't generalize my words.

I said that exactly because you judge at face value/stereotype. Women seem more susceptible to education and social standards but once you throw out traditional/religious standards you can turn women into something that isn't so much "hearth and motherhood" and if you start to rise them like terminators you will get the terminators (what video shows). Therefore in the end this all comes down to culture more than anything else.

No. Scientifically, women are not design to be warriors. Women power comes in home because she is the pillar of the house and family while man is protector of house.
Without real woman power house become mixture of chaotic and violent like today is. In one word: family become unstable. And this is real problem.
Because there is no one to bring harmony in home. To give a peace and forgiveness where man would choose violence and revenge! To guard home from manipulators and poison tongues.
And this is why I like women. :wubbie:

Hilarious.

Are you im0lying that most men these days are “ strong” because they are made of muscle?

Do you even live in the modern world brah? The vast majority of men are either skrawny nerds who would be completely incapacited without modern technology and comforts, or morbidly obese and diebetic and lazy because of modern technology and comforts? Doesn’t how physically strong they might be, sans modern medicine they’d be dead far quicker then the tiniest of women.

Gender roles... I hate gender roles. Take me for example:

One, I’m a terrible cook. Two, I’m more career-oriented. And three, I’m horrible at maintaining a clean house or taking care of myself (let alone taking care of others).

So my existence alone challenges the idea that women are the “pillar of the house”. Plus, I’ve come across more than a few guys who have no problem taking up household work, too - in fact, some even enjoy it as they get to spend more quality time with their kids.

Gender roles can go flying out the window for all I care. We’ve all got our strengths and weaknesses, and our own likes and dislikes, which often have nothing to do with what we’re “supposed” to be by society’s standards.

:happy0065: Same here. You have taken the exact words out of my mouth.
The word "feminist" makes me proud, actually. This is because I know there is not just ONE way of being a feminist, but MANY. It is not a scary or daunting word. It just means, to me and my circle of friends / family, that we should strive to be equals...women have many strengths which balance out with those of the men in their families.
I think the problem is putting a label on gender itself. If we treated each other as equals, asexually, let's say, and just played to each individuals' strengths to vote and work as a society, we would be all the better for it.
Exactly. Somehow the same people who jump to judge all feminists based on the handful of bad apples in the mix, won't similarly judge all Christians based on those subsets who act in harmful and counterproductive ways. Yes, if we treat everyone as an individual first and foremost, most of these problems related to bias and bigotry will go away.

As a secular replacement for religion I find it wanting.
I would, too, but then I don't seek spiritual fulfillment in ideologies or public policy.

Negative. Because it is not feminism. Feminism is about strong women and most of women are not strong, neither capable to be a warrior.
Wrong. From the Oxford dictionary:
Feminism: the belief that women should be allowed the same rights, power, and opportunities as men

First, there are many kinds of strength. The kind seen more often in men is brute force physical strength: how much can one lift, and how far can one throw it? One kind seen more often in women is endurance and disease resistance. Individual levels will vary among women and among men on each axis. As for being a warrior, your ideas are antiquated. Modern warfare places far less reliance on the sort of brute force strength that men typify than ever before. It requires intelligence, adaptability, dexterity, and all sorts of skills that are much more evenly distributed between the sexes, including some where women tend to do better: withstanding G forces in aircraft, for instance. I wonder if the diminished importance of that brute force strength so many men value underlies some of the irrational hostility some men feel toward feminism and the idea of equal rights and opportunities.

I am really annoyed how people who don't know anything about biology dare to claim their bs.
Yes women are strong but their power don't come from raw muscles but from their hearth and motherhood.
And I am really annoyed when people make more of biology than it warrants. See above.

Nature itself speaks against the highlighted. The fiercest fighters in the wild are mothers defending their young. Perhaps in cave man times I might have relied on a man to protect me and my household. In the modern age where threats are more likely to come from identity thieves and cyber crime, I am the best defender of my household. The family stability you speak of is the stability of dictatorship. Sure - common street crime was rare in the Soviet Union, but at what cost? If men are threatened by the notion of sharing family responsibility equally with women, it doesn't say much for their confidence level, their intelligence, or their practicality.

This is motherhood.
But you identified the fighter/protector role as belonging to males. You contradict yourself. I cited this as a commentary on the nature of females, which you mischaracterized.

USSR was based on pure science not religion like modern leftist.
Right. Folks like Trofim Lysenko who encouraged farmers to plant several seeds together so they could "help each other grow"? Genetics research in the USSR was set back at least a generation by such quackery. Ideology drove science in the USSR, not the reverse. Human religious tendencies were satiated with ideological ritual and symbolism (ever see the lines of people wending their way through the shrine that was Lenin's tomb?)

None of this says anything about the notion that women and men should have equal rights, responsibilities, and opportunities; or that each person should be treated and judged on his/her individual attributes.

Rights and opportunity yes. If you are CAPABLE to do something GO but don't force others and don't make women something what they are not!
This is what feminism is and it has nothing to do with women warriors who ACTUALLY were EQUAL TO MEN and who were SPECIAL IN THE EYES OF OTHERS.
Just like there is man who is not manly there is woman without femininity.
Responsibility? Like house? No.

Wait do we speak about country who banished religion?

The highlighted is the basis for feminism. With equal rights go equal responsibilities. Individual differences that are real don't need to be forced. That is the point. Remove all the barriers - explicit, implicit, legal, social, etc. Then and only then can we attribute differences in outcome to the innate attributes of each person, man or woman. We are not there yet by a long shot.

Main problem with feminism is that is not anymore fight for rights but a way to express hate toward men.

That's like saying the main problem with Christianity is that it isn't any more about following Jesus, but rather a way to push a political agenda. The fact that some Christians (feminists) do it does not change the underlying philosophy, motivations, and goals.

This is not really fair. I think the majority of feminists just want respect and better opportunities (rather than having them denied on the basis of gender in a variety of ways). I suppose there is a minority for which this is true that probably overlaps with TERFs (Trans-exclusionary radical feminists) quite a bit.

Sure - there are women out there who hate men, many of whom probably call themselves feminists. There are also folks out there who hate Jews, Muslims/etc. or are white supremacists, many of whom call themselves Christians despite their behavior being quite un-Christ-like.

No. They use it as political agenda to express hate toward men and everything what men are.
