RIP Nick Menza

I gotta say, Mustaine amped up the whine factor in his trademark 'snarling' vocals in that live performance. That song has always had a strong element of that (appropriately), but I think he went just a little too far past the studio version with that one.

Yeah RIP Menza. That era was their best line up : menza, mustaine, friedman, ellefson.

You're right : Mustaine sounds so much better in studio than live.

Instrumental band, but very intense and gnarly. This song is on the heavier side, but a lot of the new album has some pretty soft and melodic parts reminiscent of bands like Explosions in the Sky.
