Recent update results...

I first chose this:

I easily ignore "...a common, meaningless, "physical" perspective."
and then I got stuck when the second set of options were not relatable to me.

So then I started over & chose
I easily ignore "...accepting stability and ignoring changing circumstances."
and then
I like "...subjecting things to analysis and figuring things out for myself."

and I got ENTP

This is supposed to be INFP?
I easily ignore "...growing up and taking responsibility for myself."

I got ENFP for that one....I'm impatient with slow people, but I also don't like to be rushed.

To be fair, though, I'm in my first year of college. I have a lot of growing up to do, and I'm not looking forward to it.


I looked at the choice that would have given the result INTP:

Despite my ability or self-image, I easily ignore...
...the emotional needs others expect me to cater to.

I could have chosen this, but I don't think of myself as emotionally sensitive, and I am unable to meet others' emotional needs. The word "despite" implies that I am able to meet others' emotional needs, which I am not. So that option doesn't really apply to me.

Why is the inferior function designed as the one most often "ignored" ? Wouldn't it make more sense that someone more often rejects functions not present in their type at all?

I chose the second answer and got ENFJ. I get ENTP if I choose the first one. Here's the thing with the second answer, though: I don't think Ne and Se really have to do with time, as both interact with the outside world in some way and hence are exercised in "real-time." Ne in itself, I think, connects "how things will turn out and how things are"

It gave me INTP first, and second time around, INFJ. I often type as INTP although I identify more with INFJ. (It's the Ti that makes the distinction weird for me)

I actually really like the test, just to play around with though.

I especially like the 4 summary lines at the bottom. They are quite accurate in my case.

* Strategy for Growth: To establish rapport with others and take care of their needs.
