As distinct from an intellectual analysis of personality types, the 'Right Use of Will' series of books use story.
A core story told for emotional resonance, recognition and acceptance, that is retold over and again with different takes so as to feel the different elements operating in fragmentation of denial, self-hatred, guilt, rage and terror relative to each other and as the undercurrent to a surface presentation of and for a conditional 'love'.

The books are channelled by 'God' to an emotional or feeling resonance in the Reader - within the appreciation that our feeling being is effectively denied, conformed, subverted or indeed tortured and killed by the mind operating in the imprinting of a 'God-creation' that involves inversions or reversals of the 'nice spiritual version'.
They are a re-telling of Creation offers archetypes of which personality is derived and My sense is that they cannot be readable to anyone who thinks to take the place and redefine (retell the narrative) God and Creation as an Authority in and of themselves.

Whereas the term 'God' is associated with Being First, Being Right, Being Omniscient and Perfect - this 'God' is a vehicle by which to own up to the mess - in terms of the way the fragmenting and polarising of different facets of God - stated here as Spirit, Will, Body and Heart - in mutually reinforcing reflections of denied imprinting - running undercurrent to a subconscious and conscious narrative identity.

I don't suggest that this material is right, true, or useful - but I do suggest that the purpose for which it is designed to serve is usefully and rightly served to the point of recognitions that are true - and as such open to a true acceptance that a denied sense of self operates in lack of.

A lack-based identity could be called a personality - for a truly balanced and integrated personality is a unified synchronicity - and the release of previously denied self to unconditional acceptance - restores right place and timing - or right relation.

Whereas most paths of spirituality or integrative awareness bolster the sense of spiritual becoming - as if to get a better handle or sense of definition, understanding and control in Life - these books drop the reader into an exposure to the core archetypes that underpin the patterning of consciousness we have become conditioned to and specifically identified within.

My sense of the times we are in, is that what was unconscious and what runs subconsciously is coming to the surface anyway - and in all sorts of ways that cannot be denied without clearly choosing.
As a freewilling Spirit I have no right or desire to coerce another's choice - but I do love meeting in shared purpose, and a true embrace of Life on Earth and so I choose to put this reflection into this forum as one among many reflections by which to recognize and verify the choices by which we live - for acceptance of that which denies us is a basis for choosing not to use it - and is different from denial of self operating in the form of core beliefs and conditionings given acceptance in place of wholeness - as some exclusive and independent power in opposition to the hated or denied.

Truly - story is not who you are - but while story operates as an embodying unfoldment of self-recognition, its denial can simply serve a false and cold sense 'spiritual' elitism. The nature of the dream is that you are all the cast of characters or personae along with the scenes, the props and the script - and yet the recognition of this within the dreaming, is the opportunity to expand the experience and therefore the recognition in and sharing of - Being.

You could say that, but in the occult world, you gotta separate the garbage from the gold, as theres alot of garbage lol.

The occult means what is hidden. I'm interested in the hidden laws of the world. But I'm nevertheless a skpetic at heart. I don't belive everything everyone tells me contrary to some "new agers" for example in my own family, who seem to have no critical sense.

Ok, that was the other meaning I got from your post, just checking whether it was as I said or not.

And yeah I would say I also like the hidden, or at least to try and understand things from a perspective that most people won't see.

So I will read a bit from many texts like the Bible, the Bhagavad Gita, Crowley's Magick, Tao te Ching, or even things like mathematics, and try and unite them within my own general understanding (which is often a sort of meditative practice, and it comes down to basic ideas like Free Will and what is worth pursuing).

There is a very informative thread on here about the Dodecagram, which describes the 12-Type Astrology System.

If you have a look at it, you should be able to see how the 4 elements combine. It ends up meaning: changing the world around oneself and being changed by the world around oneself are in a sense indistinguishable, and the world of the "forms" is itself just another kind of sensory experience.

So it becomes a process of synthesis (combination) and analysis (splitting), which ends up meaning "change". (change is the only constant)

I think the true moral principle comes down to how much effort one puts in, which I guess is a very one-dimensional way to approach it. But basically, when looking at things from a holistic/multi-dimensional framework, the "laws" are known implicitly, not explicitly.

How could the world of forms be sensory though? Aeren't they by definition not changing? Trying to understand.

Well, the "world of forms" is hypothetical. When you speak of it, you are using words (the meaning of which is "felt", and as such could be considered another sense, but in a more general sense of the word sense...), and when you visualise a form, then it is an inner image.

A more general term would be qualia, which I use to refer to anything which is experienced.

In one sense, the only non-sensory thing is the pure observer, the Atman and Brahman.
