This video annoys me lol. I only could watch a few minutes. Mostly because it took so long for him to get his camera adjusted, and him to actually to say something of substance.
When I go grocery shopping, I have a general idea of what I am going to make that week already in mind. I grab veggies, meat, and house supplies. I usually am for buying food with the most flexibity, rather than using recipies. Like rice, it can pair with any meat. Seasonings is my main concern I put thought into, since I am a skilled cook. I usually cook without any guide, I just make things work. Simplicity is best.
Example of my average cooking:
Yusaku Fukiji on Instagram: “Mabo Tofuvwith seasoned steak. #koreanfood #tofustirfry”
I am not easily distracted and focus on the task that needs to be done (or multiple tasks at once) but the one thing I totally relate to in this video, was the sudden urge to browse the utensils isle. I do the same thing with school supplies, dishes, pots and pans etc. I love having the ability to use things, even if I never do.
