As far as I know, I've only met 2 INTJs in real life.
The first one is a self-proclaimed nihilist who finds fault with literally everyone she meets. This is difficult to write because I don't want to sound biased, but I'm just describing her. She genuinely enjoys getting others in trouble, and she hates when people break rules despite the fact that she frequently does it herself. I was in my high school choir with her and we were basically frenemies. We shared a distaste for ESFJs and "popular people," but I also knew she talked about me behind my back to her other friends. She talked about them to me too, though, so I figured it was just her personality.
The second one is more laid-back, but equally as ruthless. I was frenemies with her as well, but leaning more toward the "friend" side once we understood that we basically agreed on everything, but just expressed our opinions very differently. She has always been a great listener, and the type of person I could talk to about anything.
The main similarity I noticed between these two is that they were both very charismatic among their social circles. Although they could both be mean and overly-critical, they had groups of really nice friends who just sort of put up with them. No matter what they did, these friends (which were usually other INxx types) stayed by their side.
Another similarity is that they were both pretty open-minded. Both of them were tumblr users, and they were both very progressive. They were both social outcasts as well, which explains why I know them.
The biggest difference I noticed is that the first INTJ was obsessed with rules and order, while the second one was more chaotic really hated being scolded/lectured. Also I think the second one had some significant amount of Fe, because she would reach out to others and apologize after saying hurtful things, rather than holding a grudge.
