As someone who has just returned to that game 
ill have a few cents to offer for this thread. I tend to like playing ranged assassins (I can never get on with Melee well for some reason) as I can stand back and shoot at the other team while the tanks and melee dps soak up the front lines then quickly runaway when things go pear shaped. Support is my second fave since I do sometimes like to take on a more buffing and healing role.
