I am posting this in hopes to light a fire under my ass and stay motivated!
As some of you may know I injured my foot last Summer and have been trying to recuperate. I am able to do the below listed classes without too much discomfort.
If my injury hasn't improved by July I am scheduling surgery to correct the problem. In the mean time I want to work on dropping some weight and this is my fitness plan.
Monday 3/24/08
6:30-7:30 Indoor cycling class.
Calories burned- 1200
Tuesday 3/25/08
6:30-7:30 Muscle endurance class
Calories burned- 829
Wednesday 3/26/08
6:30-7:15 Indoor cycling class
