ENTP-Peridot from Steven Universe (couldn't decide between ENTP and INTP for awhile, but looking at socionics Fi polr fits her well. All her functions are really obvious though).

INFJ-Sapphire from Steven Universe

INFP-Veronica Sawyer from Heathers or 2D from Gorillaz

INTP-Nikki from 6teen or Matilda

(I'm also gonna change my ISFJ choice from last time to Wyatt from 6teen).

I wish I had a better list. I'm just not super drawn to Ni/Se characters, there's a certain lack of wiggle room to them.
