I wasn't allowed to go to the track with my dad and brother this morning, because my face wasn't 'clean' (I have PCOS and all).

I felt frustrated at not being able to go because of my own tendency to procrastinate, so I tried to channel it out by running on the treadmill downstairs instead, for an hour. I felt dizzy afterward, but otherwise great! :) My frustration went down tremendously, and I felt better about myself.

LESSON #14 : Whenever you feel angry or frustrated, channel out that emotion in productive ways. It can help manage your anger/frustration, plus you will feel better that you accomplished a task in the process.
