Last evening my laptop adapter died on me - and now my laptop is almost out of power. This could not have been a worse time for all of this to happen: I have a presentation to give tonight, one of my labs is also due today, I have to meet with my team on Skype this Friday, and I've got at least 3 major assignments due on Sunday.

I had told Dad about this problem yesterday, since he normally knows what to do in such a situation and guides me well. But he didn't know what to do this time. So today, I'm going to take care of this problem on my own. Hopefully I will be able to manage with my assignments today as well.

LESSON #11 : When something you are responsible for breaks down/needs repairing ASAP, try to fix it by yourself (or take it upon yourself to see a professional about it). You will definitely learn some new things in the process. :)
