How?My pastor is a woman. I'm not your "Missy" ...but you using expressions which are fundamentally American and frequently specifically Southern tends to make me think that much more that you are a massive troll.
This trancendenta l is mysticism. I am irregular guy and regular shia muslim.Any real transcendental spiritual practice teaches self control from within. Milk before meat and all that, but if this applies to grown men and not adolescent boys, it's retarding your spiritual growth.
I actually meant both scenarios the first time, where truth is quoted. On the second, I meant only those that say their doctrine is the one true doctrine."My point is that presenting their religion as the ultimate truth to someone that will rarely if ever question what they say in that stage of their lives"
Now the highlighted is not what you wrote the first time. You wrote:
"I do have a problem when children are taught the "truth" of their parents' religion. Such irresponsibility, honestly."
Not when it comes to children. As I said, there's a difference, but a child will take everything their parents say to heart, making all the other perspectives seem incorrect by default. They grow up favoring the beliefs that were passed down by their parents. I wonder if in many cases, even as adults, there is no questioning at all.Teaching your children the truth as you know it, and insisting to them that all other perspectives are categorically wrong, are two very different things.
This is not a fair comparison. As far as I know, language doesn't touch on ontology.Every child grows up speaking the language of his/her parents, or whomever is raising them. That doesn't require that they be told other languages are bad or wrong, to be avoided rather than studied.
Not a bad thing, in my opinion. The child would be exposed to many other perspectives without possessing a preset bias towards any in particular. It's silly for me to assume that, given that sort of intellectual freedom from the start, most wouldn't turn out Christian in a mostly Christian society, but the principle doesn't seem flawed to me. It allows for more open-mindedness and more questioning. If parents don't provide spiritual guidance to children, even if it is to explain how they think spiritual beliefs are unnecessary, this leaves a vacuum for other people to fill as the child grows up.
In here do you mean paranoid people? The "don't question anything" and "question everything" crowd are two sides of the same coin. Absolute in their ways and those who indulge in these practices are often unable to see beyond their preferred way of thinking. Either approach is not unique to a certain group of people.
I'd need more context.Parent raises child in a certain religious belief because doing anything otherwise would impair the safety or progress of the child. Moral?

Dear MoleWe have recently had a successful Court case where the Islamic organisation was ordered not to segregate women and men at public meetings.

Dear Mole
I see how this example is wrong from the picture. But at our mosques we segragate men and women physically, and they come there by their own free will.
The west tries constantly to break Islam, but they can't.
Mole I can't wait for the war to end too. In the movie matrix, neo asked the oracle whom is the chosen one and who is going to win and how will the war between the machines and humans end? The oracle said the war will end either way, wheither the machines or humans win.
We are (the good ones) robots. As Islam comes from the mind. We are machines. You should see Animatrix.
I think the Muslim Students' Assosciation got happy because they felt 'power' as never even slightly before. The muslim world doesn't thrive exactly. So they got happy.
I can maybe find a quote for you of a research which suggests, i believe, all suicide bombings are politically motivated and not religiously motivated, i've read it many times.
Gods ways are unpredictableIslam is a medieval political religion that has failed to enter the modern world.
Interestingly it is a spoken culture that has tribal values, and is now overlaid with the new electronic culture which also has new tribal values. So we now have old tribal values supercharged with the new tribal values, leading to Islamic frenzy.
So now we have a frenzy of Islamic propaganda, hatred, discrimination, anti-semitism, and mass murder across the globe.
And the antidote to the both the old and new tribalism is literacy. Unfortunately the number of books published in muslim countries every year is minuscule compared to the number of books published in modern countries.
So as modern countries move into the new electronic tribalism, we have the antidote to hand in our universal literacy and vast libraries of books. But unfortunately Islam does not have such an antidote, and so are poisoning themselves with the new electronic tribalism.
I heard USA second generation muslims prayed to USA as it was their homeland, and they wanted to copy this to Norway. How about integrating muslims instead of just being afraid?Islam is not like a normal modern religion. Islam is both a religion and a political movement.
This is hard for modern people to understand as they have been raised on the separation of Church and State. But there is no separation of Mosque and State.
So modern religions are not trying to take over the State, while Islam is. Indeed it is a religious duty of muslims.

Cowardly By that time i knew there would be reprisals for my attack and vaccine (I was a great doctor), so I said "With all the tortures of hell, if so it must be". Like your signature. I did it out of love <3
