Pull Ups: 90 (6 sets of 15, I do 3 sets of pull ups at the start and at the end of my work out)
Sit Ups: 150 (3 sets of 50)
These numbers are from the last time I worked out which was 2 days ago . I go to the gym regularly (which is whenever I feel like going).
