I wasnt thinking that band wanted to hurt anyone until they released this song. Now... I'm not so sure...
There is a certain song by Iron & Wine that has that effect on me. I found out about I Won't Hurt You from Isle of Dogs.

My pale blue star
My rainbow, how good it is
To know you're like me
Strike me with your lightning
Bring me down and bury me with ashes

Incredible.

There is this one song. I cant remember the name or whom it was by but it just sounds and vibes like the kind of song a villain played by Russel Crowe in the 90's calls into request on the radio station he knows the plucky young female detective who almost put him away listens to to taunt her. It's surprisingly catch but just feels...vaguely horrifying. like someone playing almost any song from the 50's in an empty mall.

Those who feel the breath of sadness
Sit down next to me
Those who find they're touched by madness
Sit down next to me
Those who find themselves ridiculous
Sit down next to me
In love and fear and hate and tears
In love and fear and hate and tears
In love and fear and hate and tears
In love and fear and hate...
