What makes someone likeable?

Empathy, a genuine liking for other people, vulnerability, or at least the ability to be vulnerable when the situation calls for it, determination with a healthy dose of grit thrown in. And of course a sense of humor.

a small percentage of people i just don't like, and get an instanve vibe starting from the first time i see them. i'm also right about 95% of the time in these preceptions.

A certain degree of self-deprecation is always likable, people tend to not like "perfection" in a person, ironically.
