Over the last few days I linked the programs of EUs center right and center left. I am exploring the institutions but I give links here if someone else wants to go through them. However as I was just posting those two we were kinda in the domain of US politics, that has only two parties. However EU is multiparty democracy and there are more parties/blocks. Therefore let's go further.

The third in strength is liberal-centrist block called Renew Europe. In other words this is the block of centrists, social progressives, liberals, mild economic libertarians and "EU nationalism" that wants that EU in the end becomes a genuine country. Plus they want that the union has more influence globally. By US standards this is about 70% woke due to quite progressive social agenda.

I don't want to say - I hate her and she sucks even if she does and I do feel that way. The reason I feel that way is I 100% know the R's are going to have the first woman president. There are excellent women that the Dems could choose from - stop shoving horrible candidates at us and expect that we'll all capitulate because they're women.

Check out this shit from 2016. The woman that wrote it should stick to fucking international reporting - I wonder if she ever wrote a serious retraction of this nonsense.

I didn't really have time to comment when I had posted this (it actually just had a lot of detail in it), but I remember just feeling frustrated and angry when I see things about Harris, regarding both her and current leadership and the understanding that Biden plans to run again.

A review of the last two years just shows that she was really just a demographic choice to fill a slot, rather than part of a coherent plan or even a wise one. Other candidates at the time would have provided better/stronger leadership but didn't check all the boxes they wanted. I know all VPs can struggle with irrelevancy, but the promise was that Biden was a stopgap to remove Trump, and the next four years would be spend supporting, building, promoting, and positioning new leadership to define values and carry them forward because it was really clear the old approaches were not succeeding or capable. The old guard and old ways of thinking need to go; new leadership is needed.

Now we're here, with Biden not having a viable successor nor seemingly looking for one; Harris is invisible and irrelevant (and likely incapable), with all the same baggage she originally had; and we're no closer to having a new vision of the vision or leaders to get us there. So yeah, regardless of what happens with the orange buffoon in 2024, they're basically handing this over to the GOP due to lack of any viable options. Why are these people so fucking incompetent and disorganized?
