Take it with a grain of salt, this is what I read online by googling the question "Is there correlation between Emotional reactivity and MBTI", with one of the top results stating that ExTJ's have the highest EQ overall, which seems like a complete bullshit, how you can have the highest EQ with extremely low F?

Anyway, my question is as following, is there is correlation between Emotional reactivity and your MBTI type? As a person myself, I've used to be quite Reactive (And still quite frankly fall into this trap) as a means to wander off potential threats, thats one of my unhealthy coping mechanisms that happens sometimes in an automatic matter which I developed from exposing myself to toxic enviroments.

So what are your thoughts, is there are correlation between your MBTI type?

It's because some genius came to conclusion that "no intensive negative emotions" = high EQ. It's like someone would measure IQ by ability to not notice negative things in life. For example if IQ would be measured like EQ, climate scientists would qualify as having very low IQ because they tend to make scary predictions about future.
