I sing, I dance, I get really social and happy, and then I suddenly get tired after a few hours of it and zonk out. That's with 7-8 shots of vodka, or two glasses of wine and two martinis. Now, mixing vodka and tequila once, I just remembered snippets of the night before and woke up in the bedroom the next morning, not in my bed, but sleeping on the floor next to it. When my husband came in to see me, I got up having no clue as to how I got there. When I was getting ready to give him a hug and kiss goodbye, thinking he was going to work, it turns out he was actually coming home for lunch. That doesn't sound good, but I drank the tequila and vodka the night before as close to getting to an anesthesia as I could get. My toe was injured and my husband had to do something to it, and well...I'm a chicken for the ER, and highly phobic of anyone doing any type of procedure on my feet. When I read what would have happened at the hospital versus what I read could be done at home, I went with the latter. However, my husband told me that I got so drunk that I was just talking, then crying, then felt sick (nothing happened), but screamed the entire time he was taking care of my foot. So...getting too drunk is not a good thing for me, and I've stopped drinking since anyway. Overall, I'm great with a buzz or mildly to moderately drunk, but forget anything beyond that.
