Am I really an INTJ?

I was wondering if I'm a real INTJ, I read a lot about these type and the cognitive functions.
But then I run in an article about the ENTPs often mistyped in INTJ.
Reading the functions I can't decide if I'm more Ne or Ni. Sometimes seems I'm Ne because I start a lot of projects but then I decrease them in what I really want. But normally I see the future in a really Ni way.
Someone can type me or explain the real difference between the two functions?

I haven't read any articles about entps mistyping themselves as INTJs. From my personal experience and understanding of functions it's highly unlikely that would happen is my point of view.

Perhaps you are a INTP. They tend to mistype themselves as INTJs often. Also your enneagram type - highly unlikely that an ENTP is an E1.
