0.I’m a 15 year old male and I have mild Social Anxiety

1.Well there is a direct picture of a horse staring me right in the soul, it kind of looks like a painting, but also a real life picture I can see both elements in the picture/illustration, I love the sunset, it look like fire, I don’t think the horse is a normal horse, it doesn’t look normal especially the way the light shines on it, the sunset looks amazing I love the colour gradient, the trees in the background stand out because they draw you in and cause you to wonder what’s going on behind them. It looks like a family farm because grass is patchy, the sky looks like something is happening and the day or evening is holding some sort of extraordinary event .the road disappears all of a sudden which is quite mysterious and draws you in and make you wonder where it went. The fence on the right looks rustic and authentic representing hard work, emphasising the family feel.

2. You are with a group of people in a car, heading to a different town to see your favourite band/artist/musician. Suddenly, the car breaks down for an unknown reason in the middle of nowhere. What are your initial thoughts? What are your outward reactions?
2. Well I would first ask the driver if this usually happens and if he says yes I would ask him what he needs to do to fix the issue, then I would offer help if needed, if he doesn’t know what happened I would give reasons rather than solutions to the problem, I might suggest it was the engine, or the petrol of if the driver didn’t maintain the car well, at that moment I would feel quite nervous as I don’t know what to expect. I would ask others what they think the issues is. I would wonder if anyone is around despite being in “middle of nowhere” just in case someone has some sort of ideas to fix the car when the issue has been found we should attempt to fix it then continue our trip, If we can’t fix it, or can’t think of any solutions I would call a friend so they can give some insight as to what the problem is and what to do.

3. You somehow make it to the concert. The driver wants to go to the afterparty that was announced (and assure you they won't drink so they can drive back later). How do you feel about this party? What do you do?
3. this depends on how good the concert was, if it was good I wouldn’t mind going to the after party with enough persuasion despite thinking of the car breaking down again and being completely stranded, but if the concert wasn’t that good I would try and convince my group of friends not to go due to what happen on the way to the concert or I might try and find another ride back home, but if no one sides with me I would just go to the after party, not because I don’t want to upset them but because I don’t want to go home by myself.

4. On the drive back, your friends are talking. A friend makes a claim that clashes with your current beliefs. What is your inward reaction? What do you outwardly say?
4. It depends on how strong the belief is, if it is something I strongly disagree with I would say something and make my point, but I wouldn’t keep going back and forth with the person, I think it is pointless to argue beliefs because nobody is going to change their beliefs so I would be wasting my energy, but if it was something I’m not sure of or I don’t strongly believe in I would offer other possible viewpoint to make the person think outside the box, if it was facts however, that’s a whole new realm, I could argue to death with facts I hardly know anything about.

5. What would you do if you actually saw/experienced something that clashes with your previous beliefs, experiences, and habits?
5. I would feel really uncomfortable and not want to be involved with them anymore and I would question why they did what they did.

6. What are some of your most important values? How did you come about determining them? How can they change?
6. (Ugh it’s just the usual things normal people want in life) Honesty, Authenticity, people that are Intune with what’s right and wrong, ambition, individuality, creativity

7. a) What about your personality most distinguishes you from everyone else? b) If you could change one thing about you personality, what would it be? Why?
7. Hmm, well I’m good and understanding people and social dynamics, I’m also aware of what could happen in every situation, I’m good and researching, I can be presented with a lot of information and I would be able to categorize it and find wat I’m looking for, I’m brutally honest with myself and other people, I’m good at assessing the mood in an area.
I wish I was less judgemental about people because I feel like I’ve ruled people off without giving them a chance because I’ve made a judgment about them already and I have never got to know people that could have been potentially good friends, I also wish I was nice and cared more about feelings of people, because I’ve said things I didn’t realise were really hurtful.

8. How do you treat hunches or gut feelings? In what situations are they most often triggered?
8.I always keep hunches at the forefront of my brain ,and I’m pretty much always right about them , same with gut feelings ,what can I say, I guess I’m talented. People usually trigger my hunches and gut feelings.

9. a) What activities energize you most? b) What activities drain you most? Why?
9. Arguments and people, gossip, drawing, talking to people I like, talking about a new hunch I came up with, education.
Outdoors, anything that requires physical work

10. What do you repress about your outward behavior or internal thought process when around others? Why?
10. I try and repress my sarcastic and rude comments (a couple slip out here and there), I repress a select few of emotional displays (crying, anger), hmm that’s it I think.

Thanks in advance, feel free to ask any follow up questions.
