I can hear the insides of the piano during some parts. (Or I am not sure what that dull thumping noise is- especially in the beginning)

There's always dull thudding when you hear piano playing. And I listened to this one, it's tad different. (also the guy is playing it so much faster than it is for some reason). Not bad, just not the one I played.
