Hello everyone! Since we're nearing the end of the year, I think it's the perfect time to reflect on our journey working on our last animal. I just spent over 20 hours making an SF Sleep last video progress update of myself between 2021-2023.

I cover the different parts of SF sleep last which are:
- Processing deep emotions
- Adhering to health routines to make myself feel good
- Prioritizing what matters most
- Respecting what's cool and popular

There are some areas of SF sleep last that I've been able to do for a very long time now and some areas I have an extremely hard time with.

Feel free to share your journey as well working on your last animal in the past year or past few years.

Watch my super info-dominant detailed SF sleep last journey here:

Hello everyone! I just wanted to share my experience working on my demon NF consume. I've always thought it was weird that NF consume can be a demon for ENFPs. It seems more of a demon for the ISTJs and ESTJs. Regardless, I do have demon NF consume because I can't seem to take in new information until after I blast first. I tried consuming first but the info just won't go in. I normally have to blast then once I get stuck, I go into deep consume to fill in the gaps. With that being said, I don't have a problem with gathering new life experiences to get a sense of purpose and meaning and I don't have a problem consuming things that my Fi is very interested in. The only problem is that unless that thing I'm consuming is actually super awesome, I don't take the time to savour that consume experience. Here is a video that I made sharing my progress working on my NF consume demon between 2021-2023. Check it out if you want to see the different dimensions of NF consume and how to work and practice on each aspects of it:

Hello everyone! In this follow-up interview, I got a chance to talk to Carlos about what it's like to be an INTJ jumper Ni-Fi SB/P(C) MF Social Type 4. During our interview, we focused on his journey so far working on his double masculine SF consume last. Carlos shared a SF consume last story of his past few years working as a piano teacher and also dabbling as a manager for a restaurant. Carlos also shared what his relationship is like with his INFP wife who was officially typed by OPS. We then discussed what it's like to be a social type 4 and Carlos said he has a rule that he has to say yes 1 out of 3 times when the tribe asks him to hang out or else they would stop asking him to hang out. Carlos also discussed having specialist saviour and how if he's going to put time doing something, he wants to do it as well as possible. Carlos then discussed having responsibility third and while it's a demon, it is still activated and he is mindful of his budget and also he can reluctantly do some generalist stuff even if he doesn't want to. Finally, we discussed saviour flex and Carlos thinks there's no point because you'll only be happy for a short bit once you actually achieve your goal since many social type 1s are chasing external validation. We also discussed Jeff Bezos being a #1 and sacrificing Amazon employees to further his ambitions to save planet Earth. Watch this interview here:

Hello everyone! In this interview, I got a chance to talk to Lily about what it's like to be an ESFP Se-Te PB/S(C) MM Social Type 2. During the interview, Lily shared her MM ST play and she said it's pretty much connected to her double activated NT blast in how she utilizes them. Lily said she does a lot of training for new employees at her work place because her boss can see how good she is at training people thanks to her double activated NT blast. Lily also shared her double feminine NF sleep and how it's extremely moveable and she's willing to change it to something better if need be. Lily also discussed her SF consume last and how she does consume but on the same topic for 5-7 years before she will change because she has a very narrow lane for consuming. As a social type 2, Lily said it's been challenging because her double activated NT blast is activating her specialization last and she's been doing the same job for several years. However, Lily said she does have an outlet for her need to do different stuff and to be an entrepreneur and she has a YouTube channel, and sells stuff on Etsy while also doing some acting and other projects on the side. Hello everyone! In this follow-up interview, I got a chance to talk to Shannon about what it's like to be an ENFP Ne-Fi CP/S(B) FF Social Type 3. During the interview, Shannon talked about her journey working on her double feminine ST blast last. Shannon said she learned she can tap into that ST blast last as long as she goes through using her consume, play, and sleep. Then, it's natural for ST blast to follow. Then, Shannon also said that working on your ST blast, even if it's just 10 minutes a day, goes a long way. She personally reaped the benefits of it and she completed her master's degree. It's still super hard for her but I did notice she is more grounded in reality in this follow-up interview. In our first interview, Shannon was more quirky and eccentric and now she seems to have come out of a battle going through school to eventually become an acupuncturist. Shannon also talked about her life being a social type 3 and wanting to just focus on one thing which is acupuncture. Shannon's biggest dilemma is her animal stack goes against her social type. She has consume and play as her saviours which is tied to social 2 and social 4 and those are both her social type demons. Shannon has sleep and blast as demons but those are her social type saviours. As a result, Shannon is in a constant state of cognitive dissonance. In regards to demon friends, Shannon said she has lots of people she talks to and is friendly to but keeping up with friendships is very difficult. She said she ultimately has one friend that she's held a friendship with for the last 10 years. Shannon said she's pictured getting married one day only for her side of the family to be nearly empty at the wedding. She said her potential husband's side of the family might feel awkward as a result although it doesn't personally bother her. Watch this interview here:

Hello everyone! In this follow-up interview, I got a chance to talk to Ian about what it's like to be an ESTP Se-Fe PC/S(B) FF Social Type 2. During the interview, Ian said the NF blast is not hard when it comes to motivating people and whatnot. The hard part is actually communicating with people like if he's running late and he needs to give them a heads up or the schedule needs to be changed because he double or triple-booked by accident. Ian also discussed being a social type 2 being obsessed with work and having MM flex demon. He also talked about being triggered by complainers as a social type 2. Watch this interview here:

Hello everyone! In this follow up interview, I got a chance to talk to Julie about what it's like Ti-Ne CP/B(S) FF Social Type 4. We started our interview discussing what it's like to be a social type 4 and being friends first. Julie said it's good and bad where she does have lots of friends but bad because she gets dragged into a new adventure every time instead of working on her personal projects. Julie said despite having blast activated, it is still hard for her to do. We then discussed specialization for her and her husband and why it's preventing her from executing more often because she keeps reworking her videos to make them better and better instead of cranking out a bunch first and tweaking them later on. Julie also talked about working on her ST sleep last and following the Gary Brecka stuff to improve her health. We then discussed her demon responsibility which is activating now she said and she asked me if that's what I'm using to continue to produce videos on my YouTube channel. Julie also talked about since being lead Ti, she does have drive to accomplish things, but she doesn't flex about it because of being flex last. Watch this interview here:

Hello everyone! In this follow-up interview, I got a chance to talk to Dawson about what it's like to be an ISFP Fi-Se CP/B(S) FF Social Type 2. During our conversation, Dawson's sexual modality was originally not fully typed as OPS couldn't tell if he is audio kinesthetic or tester visual. It wasn't until Dawson submitted his videos to get his social type that his masculine Ni came out and as a result, was typed as a double feminine ISFP. Dawson then talked about his double masculine NF sleep last journey and his goal is to be known as the hardest working person or at the very least as a hard-working individual. Dawson also talked about the life of being a social type 2 and piling on so much work and responsibility to himself including working out in the gym, being a part-time preacher, going to school and studying to be a psychologist, being part of cognitive resolution group for typing purposes, listening to podcast, reading two books a month, while maintaining friendships since he has saviour friends also. I did discuss with Dawson that juggling all these things seems bad right now in his 20s but as someone in their late 30s, I do think all these skillsets he's gathering will come together eventually and I don't see what he's doing as a bad thing. He does think that eventually, he will specialize as a Psychologist. We then talked about having flex 3rd and Dawson at this time doesn't know what he'll attach his name to yet and he's cool with waiting until he's older to figure out what he should flex about. Hello everyone! In this interview, I got a chance to talk to Bec about what it's like to be an ENFP Ne-Fi CP/B(S) MM Social Type 4. Topics we discussed in the interview includes what it's like being double feminine NF consume on the front end and always forgetting the things that Bec has consumed. We also talked about Bec's double masculine ST blast and how Bec doesn't feel that confident using it; though, it might be possible it's just Bec's opinion and others might feel differently. We also talked about Bec's double activated NT play and we both laughed at how our NT play likes to purposely trigger people because it's funny. We then discussed the different parts of SF sleep last and Bec said exercise is a love hate relationship because exercise feels good and is a good release for the MM sexual modality but also hate working out at the same time. Bec also discussed the trouble with prioritizing and how ADHD plays a part in it. We discussed ADHD meds and dopamine as well as being a social type 4. Watch this interview here:

Hello everyone! In this follow-up interview, I got a chance to talk to Binyamin about his typing being an ISTP Ti-Se CP/B(S) MF Social Type 4. During the interview, Binyamin shared being a social type 4 explaining what it's like being saviour friends. He talked about the Ti work and Fe jubilee and how the Fe jubilee feels empty without the Ti work on the front desk. Because he's not a social type 1 or saviour flex, the Fe jubilee is nice but it's not expected. He said he prefers the Fe jubilee when he's dead and the people around him are celebrating his life when he was alive. Binyamin also talked about his ego and how he manages it so it doesn't get in the way of what he wants which is friends. We also discussed OPS as a system and when Ti is superior vs when Te is superior. Binyamin also discussed the cognitive resolution group and how he wants someone else to take over leading it if someone is interested. Watch this interview here:

Hello everyone! In this follow-up interview, I got a chance to talk to Josh about what it's like to be an INTJ Ni-Te BP/C(S) FF. During our discussion, Josh shared with me his journey working on that double masculine NF sleep last. Josh talked about beliefs being the root cause of all problems and by uprooting your beliefs, you can come to a place of peace and joy. We also discussed his social type and Josh thinks he's a social type 3. I personally think Josh might not be a social type 3 because for as long as I've known him, he keeps doing different stuff all the time. He spent 4 years making music followed by 4 hours in bodybuilding and another 4 years starting a fitness business. In that 4 years he was doing a fitness business, he also tried starting two other business: one to coach entrepreneurs and one to do personality Q&As. All these different endeavours either point to him being a social type 2 who is obsessed with doing different types of work or an NT social type 4 who is chasing his hobbies. Hello everyone! In this interview, I got a chance to talk to Freya about what it's like to be an ESFP jumper Se-Te PC/S(B) FM Social Type 1. During our discussion, Freya discussed being a social type 1 and wanting to be in a kind of power couple kind of relationship. She is competitive with her partner but also wants him to succeed so they can both be achievers. Freya did agree that she gets insecure when she sees someone being successful in an area that she is trying to pursue but doesn't care if it's another area she is not involved in. Freya also discussed her ST play and said she loves collaborating with people and her fantasy is to build a successful organization with her partner where they work together. She also discussed her double-activated double feminine SF consume. Freya said that she does try to look feminine but with a touch of toughness as she is an FM. She also said she tends to forget the stuff she consumes and needs to re-consume again. We then discussed her NF sleep third. Freya said her reoccurring pattern of emotion is feeling insecurity. She said she tends to get insecure when it comes to dating and thinking she is not enough and the other person doesn't like her. Freya also said this feeling of insecurity also applies to work and thinking the other people hate her for not being able to speak clearly as she is blast last. Freya then discussed her double masculine NT blast last and how when she does explain solutions to people, she is very sure of herself and might even come across as cringe. She said that she's a big believer in the plant-based diet because it's what fixed a lot of her health issues and she tends to blast that to other people based on the result she experienced for herself. Freya also discussed other fears such as a plane crashing because she has demon masculine Ni and her identity changing because of that feminine Fi. Watch this interview here:

Hello everyone! In this follow-up interview, I got a chance to talk to Frank James about his type being an INFJ Ni-Fe BS/C(P) FF. The first point of discussion we had is his journey working on his SF play last since our initial interview back in 2020. I pointed out how Frank is really good at playing the ESTP roles in his skit videos. Frank briefly discussed going to school for theatre and how the best actors seem to play their best role not when they play themselves but when they play the opposite of their type (like ESFP Bryan Cranston playing like a mastermind INTJ in Breaking Bad). I also asked Frank what his thoughts are on his Fe. I asked when his Fe detects suffering if he needs to help alleviate suffering or when he needs to let the individual go through it as it's necessary for growth. Frank used his son as an example who needs to learn to sleep by himself and how he's always torn when he's son is crying but also knows his son needs to learn how to sleep by himself and it's always a tough situation. We also talked about his wife who Frank thinks might be an ENTJ or potentially a jumper ESTJ. We then discussed Frank's social type and at first Frank thought he was a social type 3 which is the specialist but after doing some prodding, he might actually be a social type 2 which is the generalist. Next, we discussed his two different YouTube channels and how as a creator, you end up painting yourself in a corner with your content hence why he made a second channel for more creative freedom. He said he interviewed Dave on his second channel but hasn't gotten around to uploading their interview yet. Our last point of conversation is ADHD and how he might have inattentive ADHD but because it's been so long that it hasn't been diagnosed he knows how to live with it. Watch this interview here:

Hello everyone! In this interview, I got a chance to talk to David about his official typing of ENTP Ne-Ti CS/P(B) MM Social Type 1. During the interview, David disagreed with parts of his typing. David thinks he is an info dom with play last as opposed to blast last. David also thinks he is a social type 3 as opposed to a social type 1. We started our discussion talking about his double feminine NT consume and he said he has a bad memory and tends to forget what he consumed. He then shared his ST sleep and how he'll just ignore people if they think he's incompetent. We then discussed his double masculine SF blast and I mentioned to him that potentially, he thinks he has blast above play because his blast is double masculine in nature. At the end of the interview, I mentioned to David that I think his animal stack itself is most likely typed correctly but there's definitely room to further analyze if he's really a social type 3 or if he's a social type 1. Hello everyone! In this interview, I got a chance to talk to Greg about what it's like to be an INFJ Ni-Fe BS/C(P) FF Social Type 3. Greg doesn't know the Objective Personality lingo very well as it was his wife Jane (ISFJ Jumper) that got him typed. During the interview, I spoke to Greg using layman's terms and minimal OPS terminology. Greg was very honest and candid in this interview and he demonstrated what the life of a social type 3 is really like. During our conversation, Greg had the typical INFJ Se problems with Zoom not working, technology not cooperating with him, especially when he needs them most. But, his biggest life struggle involved struggles with alcohol and opioids. He discussed with me struggling to make real friends. Greg mentioned how he didn't have a mother growing up so when he did make friends, they were mostly women. Not for the physical aspect but because he wanted an emotional connection which he didn't have growing up. Greg shared that he had an aggressive father growing up and he avoided male friends. He also shared that he has a need to feed his ego and when another guy makes fun of him for the SF like having ugly shoes, and clothes, he would take a big hit on his ego and insecurity would follow. Greg also talked about working as a chef for his entire career and the only time he deviated a bit was to teach culinary arts at a college level. During our conversation, Greg shared his challenges with taking responsibility for taking care of himself and his happiness. He mentioned that whenever he helped someone when he was younger, it was to get recognition from other people. Greg is in a much better place nowadays and learning joy from the simple things in life like buying groceries, cooking a meal, dancing and doing yoga. Watch this interview here:

Hello everyone! In this interview, I got a chance to talk to Rori about what it's like to be a jumper ESFJ Fe-Ne PB/S(C) FF Social Type 2. During our interview, Rori talked about her extreme extroversion to extreme introversion swing between her PB animal to her SC animal. She also discussed having fake interactions with her Fe but was having Ti thoughts inside. It wasn't until she was older that and learned you can have genuine Fe interactions. Rori also discussed ST sleep competency and how she relates that to self-confidence. We also discussed the difference between problems with pain for deciders and problems with fear for observers. Rori also discussed her practice working as a coach engaging with women dating men who are not in touch with their emotions. She also discussed empowering the women to communicate their feelings instead of expecting the man to read their thoughts. Watch this interview here:

Hello everyone! I put together this explainer video to help beginners understand how the new Objective Personality social type works. This second video is on social type #3 and the topics covered includes:
- Social Type #3's Traits and Behaviours
- Saviours and Demons
- Crosschecks and Life Piles
- Pitfalls
- Strengths
- Cognitive Dissonance

I'll be working on Social Type #2 next. I feel a bit burnt out as these explainer videos require so much Si. I'm still deciding if I want to push through and just finish the social type 2 and 1 or take a day off before getting them both completed. I do want them all published by the end of the month so I'll definitely have them all done by February 29.
Feel free to shoot any questions! Watch the explainer video on the social type #3 here:

Hello everyone! In this interview, I got a chance to talk to Gemma about what it's like to be an ISTJ Si-Te BP/C(S) FF Social Type 4. One thing that struck me in this conversation was when I and Gemma were talking about the Si and Fi health routine. We got to the topic of mental health and Gemma said she's pretty good mental health-wise. It dawned on me that her animal stack is perfectly aligned with her social stack. This means that Gemma had no cognitive dissonance happening whatsoever which I believe is the cause of many mental health issues. The other cause of mental health issues is not having an outlet or lack of usage of your demon 4th function, demon 4th animal, or demon social type. In Gemma's case, because she's SF sleep last, it doesn't touch her any of her triggering functions so she has no problems with physical sleep. Gemma also has double-activated masculine Ne at the bottom so she has experience future projecting different possibilities and then coming up with an Si+Te solution to ensure nothing bad will happen in any of those projected possibilities. Despite having demon Flex, Gemma said she's talented at singing and she has this small area as an outlet for her flex last which is the ability to show off her unique singing ability. We also talked about other topics like Gemma being obsessed with spreadsheets, making a Si list of stuff to do but not following the Si list in exact order because of her double-activated masculine Ne and also being lead play and being chaotic when she approaches her Si list. She also talked about being very flexible with working with people as a result of that double feminine ST blast and she loves problem-solving with the tribe. Gemma said she also has an outlet for her double masculine NF consume where she is gathering new experiences but more locally (although she has travelled to Europe before). One thing that Gemma said is because her NF consume is double masculine if she doesn't want to consume something, the tribe cannot convince her to do so. Also, because her consume has Ne, she doesn't need to physically experience something and mental experience is often enough. Watch this interview here:
