what do you eat for breakfast?

Today, I had two fried eggs on toast with Marmite.

First thing- either a protein shake or plain, nonfat yogurt with granola.
Then I'll have eggs of some form (usually boiled) and oatmeal. I'll do cream of wheat on weekends.
And Coffee is a MUST!

If I'm feeling it I'll get a breakfast sammich with eggs/cheddar/meat (sausage/bacon/scrapple) on wheat toast.

Saslou- Grits' beginning was the South Eastern US. You can dress them up like a cereal (sweet) or you can do gravy as well. They are Great!

Do you like porridge? How do you usually eat them.

Usually something simple like cereal, yogurt, or fruit. Sometimes I'll also reheat last night's leftovers. I have no objection to having things like pizza for breakfast.

For breakfast sometimes I eat vegie soups and baked beans, chicken with potatoes, eggs and onions, rice and lentils or oatmeal and carrots. Yes I eat heavy foods in the morning just like any other time.

I usually eat the same thing everyday for breakfast until I get tired of it....some of the stuff in rotation:

-Toasted English Muffin, Egg, Cheddar, Turkey sandwich.

-Bowl of Calrose rice mixed with Soy sauce and Sesami oil.

-Breakfast Burrito stuffed with Eggs, Potatoes, Cheddar Cheese, Onions, Sour Cream (or Ranch Dressing), & Hot Sauce.

-Eggs over medium, Spam, Kimchee, & Calrose Rice

-Hotlinks and Calrose Rice

-Cereal: Cinnamon Toast Crunch usually

A cup of coffee, its essential for me to go about my day with it, and usually buttered toast with some fruit (a banana or grapes). Although I might swirch up the routine with something different like, like some dry cereal inestead of fruit or toast, or fried eggs and pie

This is also very good for making bread. I add it to the flour.

Oh it is. Bob's makes a 10 Grain flour but the cereal is better. It's so easy to make really good bread I almost never buy it anymore. I just add it once the yeast has done it's thing and subtract a bit of the flour for the cereal.
