I just read Development of the INTP Child (articles on PerC- google them), and bits of ENTP, INFJ, and ENFP (and a short one for INFP because they didn't have the long one). The INTP one was the most accurate; the only major differences were that I was a very social and outgoing child, and so was motivated by social interaction and approval. I was popular and had a lot of friends. I also was motivated by external standards. We moved when I was 7, and I was no longer popular, so I retreated into a fantasy world and stayed there for the next decade. The other INXX types are described as much less social and much more affectionate, emotional, and sensitive.
And I didn't develop a strong sense of right and wrong until I was about 12; I just had a sense of fairness and the suffering of others (much more keen for animals than humans). That was well after I developed a strong thinking function. I became religious at 6 and relentlessly questioned it until I finally gave it up at 12, when people couldn't satisfactorily answer my questions. (It was around then when I had fully developed my sense of fairness, and decided that Christianity was not fair to women, which was the other reason I didn't believe it was correct.)
The INTP description was too introverted, but the ENTP was too extroverted. So I guess I'm probably just a social introvert, or a closet extrovert. XNTP is my best guess for now.
